		<description>Interesting article, you have a few things I would debate, though.

Under &quot;Branding&quot;, the 2nd and 3rd pictures you show appear to be skin removal scarification, where the skin is cut with a scalpel and peeled off (should have been in section 9). Branding involves flame or heated metal. Fresh Branding doesn&#039;t look like much, just a singed mark. After a few days it changes, the dead skin falls off, and the remaining tissue usually raises somewhat in a scar as it heals. Those 2 pictures show fresh blood, exposed subcutaneous tissue where the skin was peeled away in cutting.

Also, &quot;corneal tattooing&quot; is probably not the best description. The cornea is the lens that covers the pupil. I&#039;m pretty sure &quot;Eyeball Tattooing&quot; involves injecting pigment into the vitreous humor (the fluid filling the eyeball) but not actually piercing the cornea. 
    I&#039;m fairly heavily modded myself, but this one gives me the willies. Can&#039;t imagine risking blindness just to get a reaction =/

Anyway, well done article. I see a bit of shock factor here and there but it&#039;s not prejudiced against modders.
