1. Wakeboarding
Three kids in Franklin, Tennessee, were arrested due to wakeboarding on flood water. The reports say that the police officers “didn’t show any remorse and acted swiftly.” That’s how they made the law functioning in the flooded town. Kids just wanted to use the scary situation in a funny way, but the order keepers didn’t let them do so.

We could make a Top 100 list only of a food fight cases if it was a crime. However, there’s a case when it was considered to be so. Luckily the security of a California school didn’t witness a food fight, but just a dropping piece of cake by one 16 years old student whilst in line at cafeteria. 5. Early Opening
A 12 years old boy was eager to open his Christmas present and he did it a little bit early. That made his sick mother calls the police and the even sicker police officers to arrest the boy and charge him with petty larceny for opening the present opposite of his family wishes. Wasn’t Christmas made for kids’ wishes?
6. Writing on the Desk
Writing on the desk is usual, but also against the school rules. 12 years old Alexa Gonzales wrote “Lex was here. 2/1/10” and “I love my friends Abby and Faith” on the desk. She also drew a smile face with her erasable marker. However, the authorities weren’t too sensible to the smile face and arrested her.
7. Farting
Yes, it’s a very bad habit, and there must be some measure to teach the kids not to do that in public. But arresting is just too much. A 13 years old boy from Florida probably farted for the last time in public whilst in school. Allegedly he turned off his classmates’ computers right after they got out of the classroom. The charge was “disruption of school function.”
8. Bringing Steak and Steak Knife to School
A 10 years old girl from Florida faced with arrest and a felony charge due to bringing a steak and a steak knife to school. You guess, she used the knife just to cut off the steak and for nothing else, but school authorities thought she was dangerous for others and called police. It all finished only with 10 days suspension.
9. Wearing Cow Costume
In a sad and sick case an autistic girl was arrested for wearing a cow costume on a school holiday party. Although the 8 years old was told not to wear that, she decided to fight back the teachers and was arrested for battery. While cops were arresting her, she was just asking “What re the batteries?”
10. Texting on Class
The Math class wasn’t interesting enough for a 14 years old girl from Wisconsin and she decided to do some texting to kill time. Unfortunately she was caught and had to face with some school measure, like talking to psychologist or phone seizure. However, school authorities took more drastic steps – called the police officers, who gently asked her to remove the phone from her “buttocks area” and arrested her.
